Trying to develop an emotional attachment with tequila and something fire-y.
Will edit when im happy enough with how i think it should be constructed.
So far heres what i have, it needs to be doctored.
Ingredients;
Jalapenos
Fresh lime
Sugar syrup ( 50 bricks )
Tequila, iv been using patron but thats kind of expensive. Just dont go cheap
Vanilla liquor
Build like so;
-De/seed some jalapenos, i would preferable start with 2 more medium inflamation.
-Add half a lime cut into 4 "cubes"
-30 mls of sugar syrup
-Begin to muddle here
-30 mls tequila
-15 mls of vanilla liquor
-serve in a cevina with crushed ice.
